All products sold by TXBioResearch are intended solely for laboratory research use by qualified professionals and institutions. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use of any kind.
1. Eligibility & Buyer Certification
By creating an account or placing an order, you certify that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or research institution acquiring these products solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes. TXBioResearch reserves the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or terminate an account for any buyer who cannot demonstrate a legitimate research purpose.
2. No Warranty for Human or Animal Use
Products sold on this site are not evaluated, approved, or intended for use in humans or animals in any capacity. TXBioResearch makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of any product for any use other than laboratory research. Any use of these products outside of a controlled laboratory research setting is strictly at the user's own risk and is not sanctioned, endorsed, or supported by TXBioResearch in any way.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TXBioResearch, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, or misuse of any product sold on this site — including but not limited to any use for human or animal consumption, injection, or application of any kind. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, including negligence, strict liability, breach of contract, or otherwise.
The buyer assumes full and sole responsibility for how any product purchased from TXBioResearch is subsequently handled, stored, used, or disposed of once it leaves our possession.
4. Buyer Responsibility & Indemnification
The buyer is solely responsible for determining the legality of purchasing, possessing, and using these products in their jurisdiction, and for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations, including proper handling, storage, and disposal.
The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TXBioResearch and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the buyer's misuse of any product, use of any product outside of a laboratory research setting, or violation of these Terms.
5. Product Information
Purity, form, and storage information provided on product pages reflects information available at the time of listing and is provided for research reference purposes only. TXBioResearch does not guarantee that products are free from all impurities, and buyers conducting research requiring certified analysis should request a certificate of analysis prior to use.
6. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment
Submitting an order inquiry through this site does not guarantee order fulfillment. TXBioResearch reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including after payment arrangements have been discussed, if the buyer's stated research purpose cannot be reasonably verified.
7. Changes to These Terms
TXBioResearch may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this site or continued purchasing following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
