Shipping & returns

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only, including all 50 states. We don’t ship internationally.

When your order ships

• Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• If part of your order is on backorder, we ship the items in stock first and send the rest as soon as they’re available. Your order confirmation tells you which items are backordered.
• Products are packed according to their storage requirements.

Shipping options

Choose your shipping option at checkout. Delivery times are the carrier’s estimates and start once your order ships.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also see your order’s status and tracking anytime under My orders.

Check your shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you submit your order. If you need to change it, email us right away at orders@txbioresearch.com. We can update it only before your order ships.

Returns

We don’t accept returns or exchanges. Our products are research materials whose integrity we can’t verify once they’ve left our facility, so we can’t take them back or resell them.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, is missing from your package, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll replace it. To make a claim:

• Email orders@txbioresearch.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the item, its label, and the packaging it arrived in.
• Keep the item and packaging until we’ve resolved your claim.

Claims reported more than 48 hours after delivery, or without photos, may not be eligible for replacement.

Cancelling an order

To cancel an order, email orders@txbioresearch.com before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled.
